What is cotton terry?+
A knitted cotton fabric with a smooth face on the outside and soft little loops on the inside — the same family as a good sweatshirt. Ours is 320 GSM and 100% cotton, and the fabric comes from Style Textile in Lahore, an export knitwear mill. No polyester fleece blended in.
How to tell real cotton from polyester at homeWhat does 320 GSM mean?+
GSM is grams per square metre — how much the fabric weighs. 320 GSM is a solid mid-to-heavy weight for a knitted trouser: dense enough to keep the warmth in, still soft and easy to move in.
Will it shrink?+
No. The fabric doesn't shrink, so the size you order is the size you keep, wash after wash.
Is it warm enough for winter?+
It's made for Pakistan's cooler months, autumn evenings through winter days. At 320 GSM it's heavier than our summer Everyday Trouser and soft inside — and because it's cotton, it doesn't trap sweat the way polyester fleece does when the heater is on.
